WHISKEY & PECANS
Oyo whiskey (pronounced "oh-Y-oh") is distilled by Columbus, Ohio-based Middle West Spirits, which has made small batches of whiskey and vodka since 2010. Oyo Whiskey is produced entirely from 100% soft red winter wheat grown in Ohio and is oak barrel-aged. Oyo Whiskey-fueled ice cream has notes of butterscotch, honey, coconut, and vanilla and is studded with crunchy, whole, salted, and double-toasted pecans.

Mackenzie Creamery’s super-fresh goat cheese with pockets of saucy cognac-soaked figs and almonds. A lighter, more ethereal cheesecake with Courvoisier and figs.

Velvety and voluptuous with notes of jasmine, honey, leather and smoke, thanks to 100% natural Ugandan vanilla from Lulu Sturdy's Ndali Estate, blended with Snowville cream. Utterly fantastic vanilla ice cream that is as delicious straight as it is gussied up with sauces.
