Shipping Methods

We ship your box via UPS.

No package will be in transit for more than 48 hours.

Ice cream does not ship on weekends.

Some orders placed after Wednesday at 2PM (EST) may be subject to ship the following Monday.  Please refer to the Regular Shipping Schedule to your right.  

Ground and 2nd-Day Air shipments will arrive within 1-2 days from the date in which they're shipped, depending on the destination.

Next Day Air and Next Day Air Saver shipments will arrive the day after they're shipped.

You will receive a notification email with your UPS tracking number when your order has shipped.

Shipping on Dry Ice

We pack pints of ice cream in a well-insulated shipping box under dry ice. It gets colder inside that box than it does in your freezer: -109.3°F. 

Depending on the destination and the shipping method you choose, we'll include enough dry ice in the box to keep the ice cream frozen well into the evening of the delivery date. 

Sending as a Gift

During checkout, you'll have the option to include a handwritten message for your recipient at no extra charge.

Please note that we do not include receipts or pricing information in any shipments.

Regular Shipping Schedule

Orders placed before 2 PM (EST) on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday will ship the same day.

Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) on Wednesday are subject to ship the following Monday. 1-day Ground (where eligible), Next Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver methods selected by 2 PM (EST) Thursday will ship for Friday delivery.

Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) on Thursday will ship the following Monday.

Next Day Air (overnight) delivery for Saturday may be available to certain destinations. You may inquire and place your order by calling (614) 488-3224 by 2 PM (EST) Friday.
