How home delivery works.

We pack pints of ice cream in a well-insulated shipping box under dry ice. It gets colder inside that box than it does in your freezer: -109.3°F. 

Depending on the destination and the shipping method you choose, we'll include enough dry ice in the box to keep the ice cream frozen well into the evening of the delivery date. 

We ship your box via UPS.

Standard shipping is 2nd-day delivery (ground or air, depending on the destination) from Columbus, Ohio. Some destinations closer to Columbus will arrive the next day at no additional charge.

We guarantee the ice cream will remain as frozen in transit for two days as it does via Next Day Air (overnight) shipping.

If you need the ice cream the very next day, select Next Day Air. But if you can wait, opt for 2nd day delivery and save yourself the money.

• Orders placed by 2 PM (EST) Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday ship the same day.

• Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) Wednesday ship the following Monday, unless Next Day Air is selected by 2 PM (EST) Thursday.

• Next Day Air (overnight) delivery for Saturday may be available to certain destinations. You may inquire and place your order by calling (614) 488-3224 by 2 PM (EST) Friday.

• PLEASE NOTE: We cannot deliver Sunday or Monday.
