Val Jorgensen, who owns a farm with a beautiful outdoor kitchen right outside Columbus, supplies our Robert Mitchum peppermint, a variety of black peppermint that has a high concentration of oils. When Val delivers the mint, we chop the leaves and soak them in cream overnight to let oils bind with the butterfat.
